Hope you had an amazing weekend and officially kicked off the summer in a big way! 🙌 I’m so excited for fun and sun and just all things summer!! ☀️
And as of recently, I have even more things to be excited about, because there are some big things happening this summer that I just can’t wait to share with you! I don’t have all the details and specifics yet, I’ll learn more of that at our annual company meeting in July. But for now, I want to just share the excitement that we’re all buzzing with right now because it’s HUGE! So buckle up, here we go…
Our Vegan Shakeology flavors are starting to phase over to certified GLUTEN FREE! And we’re added more probiotics for an even stronger gut health punch 😉 And the very first flavor we have to offer as officially gluten free is a BRAND NEW flavor…
Vegan Cookies and Creamy shakeology will be available on June 22nd! All the taste and creaminess of cookies, without the actual cookies, but with 16 g of protein, omega-3s, fiber, probiotics, supergreens, superfruits and adaptogens. This is NOT a seasonal flavor but a new permanent flavor added to the Shakeology menu 👏
Next, and probably best is…WE ARE GOING INTERACTIVE! An all new live streaming fitness platform is coming to Beachbody On Demand! It’s BODi – Beachbody On Demand Interactive – and it’s bringing the energy and interaction of live group fitness into your very own home!! This new streaming platform is going to provide LIVE, scheduled workouts with our current and new trainers.
AND you will even have the option to be part of the cast doing the workout LIVE with the trainer and on ‘stage’ for everyone else doing the workout. So cool!! This will be in Beta testing with Nutrition+ members in August then full launch in September. THIS IS HUGE! It’s similar to Peloton and other interactive platforms out there right now that have become all the rage, but it’s even more interactive, and brought to you by the best trainers and biggest at home fitness library that already exists. PLUS, we will have perfectly curated music available for each class! Like some of the most popular music that you might already be listening to during your workouts. It’s going to be pretty epic.
Speaking of Peloton…we are also launching CYCLING!! Not only will we have cycling workouts, but we have a new MYX 2 Bike available in the fall! This bike will be able to stream our BODi workouts with the swivel screen and all! And our newest super trainer is Jennifer Jacobs, a former Peloton trainer who will be bringing us our first bike content on BODi later this year in both English and French! 🙌
Ok ok, LAST thing. Amoila Cesar is BACK! With a brand new program called 645. It’s 6 days a week and 45 minutes a day. It’s launching this July and like any new program we create, will be unique and a different training style than you’ve ever seen before.
Amoila has cracked the code training professional athletes to get the most out of their workouts without jeopardizing their game-time performance. His secret? Respect the body and don’t overtrain to get a legit fit body without feeling defeated. This is the model for 645.
645 combines strength training, cardio, and mobility work using functional, powerful moves that will target your entire body, and still leave you feeling invigorated, energized, and ready for anything. It’s basically getting personal training as if you were a professional athlete, all from home and from one of the best in the biz! 👏 And another exciting thing about this program, is that it will be our first program to incorporate intermittent fasting in your nutrition (optional). Our portion fix system is going through a whole revamp to become even simpler to start and succeed with. And now intermittent fasting will be an option available to do with the portion fix system!
Ok I think that’s everything. Whew! 😅 We are always innovating, listening to coach and customer needs and staying at the front of home fitness. I have loved this company since I started and that love continues to grow! I’m not going anywhere, and neither is health & fitness. It’s something that will never go away and something we’ll always need. ❤️
