Exciting day today, our new challenge group started on a 9 week fitness programme with Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese, 9 Week Control Freak. I’m really looking forward to seeing everyone’s results. Unfortunately I’m having to do a different programme for 3 weeks, called MBFA with super trainer Megan Davies, as my equipment’s not arrived thanks

This week I’ve had several people reach out to me to say they’ve been struggling mentally and emotionally. It’s been a tough year for everyone and I’m hearing of more and more people who have attempted suicide or actually committed suicide. It’s a sad state of affairs.
