In our challenge groups (The Transformation Hub and The Transformation Game) we talk a lot about bumps in the road that can throw you a bit off track, everyday things that crop up that can distract you from your goals and make you lose focus and that’s why it’s important to surround yourself with people who can help you stay on track or get back on track. That’s what the Transformation Hub is all about and why I’m super chuffed for one of our coaches on Team Intu Fitness Charli.
