It’s not what you know that counts but what you do!

Everyone knows if you want to be fit and healthy you should eat well and exercise. It’s that simple!

But you know what else is simple, staying in bed an extra half hour or grabbing a McDonald’s on the way home from work.

So if you know you should exercise and you know you should eat well why don’t you do it?

It comes down to small daily choices and we often take the quicker, easier choice out of habit and comfort.

And when you make those small choices everyday they become habit.

So how do you start doing and STAY doing what you know you should be doing?

– make the decision you are going to commit to it.
– surround yourself with people doing what you want to be doing.
– join an accountability group or partner to hold you accountable to your goals.
– share your goals with people for that added level of accountability.
– take action every day, yes even the days you don’t want to. Those are the days you form new habits and don’t fall back into old habits.
– stick at it long enough it becomes a habit and stick at it longer it will become a lifestyle!
