You want abs? you need to be consistent!

Starting to see them abs!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, consistency is key!

There is no quick fix in this game, if you want results you have to show up EVERY DAMN DAY and not just with the things you enjoy!

You have to be disciplined and focused with your MINDSET, your NUTRITION and your WORKOUTS.

You can’t do one and not focus on the others too. It has to be a combination of all 3 everyday.

Trust me, I’ve tried to out exercise a poor diet, thinking I could beat it. But nope! Doesn’t work. Abs are made in the kitchen! I’ve had to be really disciplined with my Nutriton, which means my mindset has to be spot on too. I would emotionally eat, whenever I was stressed with work, or bored, I would grab junk food. So it didn’t matter how much I was working out. I wouldn’t see any progress.

Having now worked with hundreds of people and helping them overcome similar challenges to me, I can say that Your mindset plays a huge role and when left to your own devices it’s easy for a negative mindset to creep in and give up on yourself, those old voices of self doubt, beating yourself up when you make a mistake can undo a lot of progress you’ve made. That’s why it’s important to surround yourself with others on a similar path to help keep your mindset on track. When you have a down day, or in beat yourself up mode, they are there to guide you back on track.
