Working out everyday has become part of my routine. Normally I would be inclined to miss the odd day but the IF group keeps me motivated. This programme has proved that I was making excuses about why I couldn’t work out and proved my body is up to it if my mind is
Daily workouts have been part of my routine for too many yrs to remember, needed to be super fit to do my job. Over the last year I was going through the motions of working out and not enjoying it. Tried Intuitive Fitness and was hooked love the workouts and supporting the group.
I was beginning to doubt my determination over the last few years, now I see it’s returning…….accountability and support has made all the difference to me. Mindset changes in so many areas, 3 months in and I question all the time where I’m heading but I just know I’m going somewhere!! Lol! Fitness and nutrition and all the rest that comes with it is becoming a lifestyle now. Reactions from people for the most part are positive but it’s funny how you suddenly feel some are moving away. Got to happen I guess to progress forward! Thanks team!
Great to have that support and read about people going through similar struggles on days you may not feeling up for a workout! I’ve found having this sort of group so much easier to stay on the wagon. Even if you miss a few days it’s great to have that support to get back on.
My own accountability is what’s changing it. Having people looking out for my videos and pics is really made sure I don’t ease up. Posting it out on the line and the internet machine has made sure I stick to it.
But the support inside the group plays a huge part. We all need to show and continue supporting each other, that’s why we are here! Even if the comments are a thumbs up, or “you go girl” *snaps finger flicks hair* when I first started off that really kept me motivated. Who doesn’t like a pat on the back? Even if it’s virtual?
My life transformation is I can really see my body starting to take shape, I’m not by any means done, but cos of the support I haven’t lost the motivation. I keep pushing to make sure I’m the best version of myself…for myself (Shaun T’s words, give him the credit)
Let’s keep going guys and gal’s and help each other be the best we can be!
